To reinforce our commitment to your safety and the security of your audience, we have created a set of guidelines. These standards also knows as community standards are intended to work in concert with our Terms and Conditions. By using Pushbio, you agree that you will adhere to these standards.

Hate speech

Pushbio is an open platform for sharing beliefs and ideas, but it should not be used to incite hatred or violence, discriminate against individuals or groups based on race, skin color, national origin, religious beliefs, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability. We also do not allow glorification of perpetrators of violence or discrimination on our site. We reserve the right to remove content that glorifies such acts.

Harassment

Do not use Pushbio to target individuals, groups or organizations with the intention of intimidating, harassing, threatening, or bullying.

Spam and fraud

We do not allow spamming, including the use of our platform to link out to external websites that collect personal information under false pretenses.

Adult Content

We empower creators of all kinds to create content and form their own spaces in the Internet. We also want to make sure that visitors have access to the information they need before they decide whether or not to visit a particular site.

When you’re linking out to adult content on your biolink page, make sure it’s legal in your region and that the content remains suitable for all ages. You can enable the sensitive content label appropriately if you’re embedding content feeds that may contain adult material.

Illegal goods and services

Don’t use Pushbio to promote goods or services that are illegal in the United States or other countries.

Prohibited goods are alcohol, drugs, weapons, weapon schematics, body parts (including body fluids, blood etc.) and offers for adoption / surrogacy. The following items are also prohibited: Counterfeits; Embargoed goods; Endangered or protected species or parts of; Fireworks and explosives; Hazardous / toxic materials; ID documents; Personal info or mailing lists; Regulated plants, insects, animals; Recalled items; Stolen items; Tobacco products, inc. e-cigarettes; Products offered through multi-level marketing schemes.

Pushbio should not be used to promote illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services. Any content that you target at minors must not promote any content (including products or services) that is inappropriate, or that exploits or exerts undue pressure on the targeted individuals.

Extremist/terrorist content

Pushbio does not allow you to advertise, promote, praise, or collect funds for terrorist organizations or activities.

Violent contents

Don’t use Pushbio to share content intended to shock and disturb visitors such as gory or disturbing images and videos.

Copyright

Do not publish content that violates an individual’s intellectual property rights.

Privacy

We care about your privacy. That’s why we collect as little information from our users as possible. We prohibit Pushbio profiles that put others at risk by exposing personally identifying information, collecting such information without appropriate legal basis, or posting private media (such as image-based sexual abuse).

Impersonation

We prohibit Pushbio profiles that impersonate other individuals or organizations.

Spread of misinformation

Do not use Pushbio to post information you know or suspect to be false, inaccurate or misleading.
